User Privacy Notice

NEXTPLUS Özel Sağlık Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., owner of the “Next Plus Sağlık” mobile application, attaches great importance to the protection of users’ personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), the Regulation on Personal Health Data and the Communiqué on the Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

1. Personal Data Processed

• Identity data: name, surname, Turkish ID number.
• Contact data: telephone, address, e-mail.
• Membership data: username, verification code, registration details.
• Transaction security data: IP address, log records, device information.
• Cookie data and advertising tags.
• Health data: data obtained during medical diagnosis, treatment, intervention and service processes.
• Visual and audio data: photographs/video (only with explicit consent).

2. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected through the mobile application, the call centre, the SMS verification system, cookies and log records, and physical and digital forms.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Creating membership, sending SMS verification codes and enabling login to the application.
• Provision of health services, medical diagnosis, treatment and care.
• Coordination of ambulance, medical intervention and call centre services in emergencies.
• Technical support, customer services and satisfaction management.
• Improving service quality and carrying out usage analyses.
• Improving the user experience through cookies.
• Generating anonymous statistics through advertising tags.
• Fulfilling obligations arising from the KVKK and other legislation.
• Sending informational and promotional messages where explicit consent is given.
• Using photograph/video data solely for informational activities.

4. Transfers

Your data may be transferred, in accordance with the legislation, to:

• health personnel, physicians, ambulance and call centre service providers,
• technical infrastructure and security service providers,
• ministries, Provincial/District Health Directorates, Public Health Centres and courts,
• contracted business partners, solely for service purposes.

It is not sold to third parties.

5. Cookies and Advertising Companies

The application uses cookies. Advertising companies may use anonymous cookies/tags for performance measurement purposes. Users can manage cookies from their device settings.

6. Not a Substitute for Medical Treatment

The medical content in the application is for information purposes only and in no way replaces examination or treatment by a physician.

7. Security and Disclaimer

Your data is stored on secure servers in Türkiye. Although all technical and administrative measures are taken, the company cannot be held liable where data is obtained through the unlawful acts of third parties.

8. Data Subject Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

The user has the right to:

• learn whether their personal data is being processed,
• request information about the processing,
• request rectification or erasure,
• learn the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• object to an adverse outcome arising from automated analysis,
• claim compensation where damage arises.
