Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Parties

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Agreement”) apply between NEXTPLUS ÖZEL SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. (hereinafter “NEXTPLUS”) and the users (“Member” or “User”) of its mobile application “Next Plus Sağlık” (the “Application”).

2. Acceptance

By installing the Application, registering, or clicking the “I Accept” button while completing the “Sign Up” process, you accept this Agreement.

You may not continue to use the Application without accepting the Agreement.

3. User Account

  • The Member undertakes to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • The username and password must be kept confidential. The Member is responsible for the security of the password.
  • NEXTPLUS cannot be held liable for password disclosure or unauthorised access.
  • If the password is forgotten, a new password can be set using the “Forgot My Password” function.

4. Licence and Use

  • NEXTPLUS grants the Member a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to the Application and its in-app functions.
  • The Member agrees to use the Application solely for the purposes set out in this Agreement.
  • The Member may not reproduce, distribute or share the Application content (documents, reports, data) with third parties without permission.

5. Content and Disclaimer

  • The information in the Application is a reflection of NEXTPLUS’s records, and NEXTPLUS gives no warranty as to its accuracy or currency.
  • The Member agrees that they are responsible for meeting any permission requirements concerning third parties when reviewing content.
  • The Application is provided “as is”. NEXTPLUS gives no express or implied warranty regarding the content or services.
  • NEXTPLUS has limited liability for situations such as the Application not working, containing errors, delays or data loss.

6. Obligations of the User

The Member accepts that they:

  • will not use the Application to insert malicious code,
  • will protect the Application against unauthorised access,
  • will use the Application content only as permitted,
  • are responsible for the content they upload.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • NEXTPLUS is not liable for indirect damages arising from use.
  • Liability for damages arising from technical faults, maintenance or internet outages is limited.

8. Force Majeure

NEXTPLUS cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disaster, strike or internet failure.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement. The Member’s account may be closed.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

NEXTPLUS may amend the agreement upon notice.

12. Contact and Notifications

The Member accepts the e-mail address they have provided as their address for notifications.
