Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data

NEXTPLUS ÖZEL SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ attaches great importance, within the scope of this privacy notice, to the collection, use and retention of the personal data of its members and mobile application users in a manner that is not contrary to law, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), the Regulation on Personal Health Data, the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, and the relevant legislation.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. For this reason, the provisions of this notice concerning personal data shall apply where the information in question belongs to a natural person.

Data Subject Rights

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, which governs the rights of the data subject, are as follows:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
• To request rectification where personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• To request the erasure or destruction of personal data,
• To request that rectification, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• To object to a result arising against you through analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
• To claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of personal data.

Data Categories and Processing Conditions

A. Personal Contact Details

Name, surname, home or other physical address (including details such as street name, district and province), telephone number and other real-life personal information. Personal information is shared with the persons who will provide the service and with company employees.

B. E-mail Address

In order to create a registration on this NEXTPLUS application, the member must have an e-mail address. The e-mail address is important for communicating with the member online.

C. Cookies

Cookies are small text files in which preferences are saved on the computer/telephone (technological device) when the application is visited by the member. Cookies may be used to identify the user and to retain the relevant settings after logging in to the site.

D. Your Security Information

Member information is held on our servers in Türkiye. Personal information is protected using many tools such as passwords and physical security in order to protect it against unauthorised access and disclosure.

E. Information Relating to Services

Providing members with the highest quality services is one of the company’s most important policies. Through the application, service will be provided to the member so that they may receive health services. In emergencies, action will be taken through the mobile application in order to provide services such as emergency medical intervention and ambulance services.

F. Informational Activities

Health-protective and health-improving information is provided in the form of commercial electronic messages such as SMS and e-mail, only to members who have given KVKK and communication consent and, pursuant to the Regulation on Private Hospitals, limited solely to informational activities.
